This was a pretty fun pendant to make:heart: I was honestly dreading it considering my past experience with a turquoise cabochon. I made this A LOT quicker than my last cabochon tree.

I used to be OBSESSED with moonstones a while back. I calmed down over the years but I've been coming back to them recently. I bought a couple of moonstone cabochons to make as trees but I kind of want to keep them LOL Don't worry I wont;)

This little guy was my experimental piece. I really did think I was going to fail but I was pleasantly surprised. I'm actually really fond of this little guy:heart: I'll be sad when it finds a home.

I plan to make more moonstone cabochon trees later on so if you like it, watch out for them;)

Let me know what you guys think of it!

I love it! I do have an idea that i think you might like to mess around with tho. If you use smaller gauge wire, you can have 2 or 3 wires twisted together as they attach to the outer frame as roots. Also, you could join the roots together further up the trunk, then you can have more room to play around with root design. Might look cool :D one example of that is  this guy: www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNpoYu… (of course he has way more wires, so you might have to do a lot of improvising to get something like that done on a pendant... :3). If you really wanna go crazy tho, you could try making leaves by twisting the wire instead of using stones (or even using a combo). This is one way of doing that: www.youtube.com/watch?v=eR4K2X… Have fun experimenting :D
